šŸ–„ļø Product Snapshot: XRHealth šŸƒšŸæ

Welcome to the next post in our series of Product Snapshots in the Australian healthtech sector.

Say hello to XRHealth.

In one sentence, describe your product?

We use VR (Virtual Reality)) technology to provide interactive, engaging telehealth physiotherapy, all from our patients' own homes.

What industry challenge is XRHealth tackling?

Previously, physiotherapy via telehealth has been difficult due to the 'physical' nature of it. By using virtual reality technology, we break down that barrier and therefore provide greater access to physiotherapy via telehealth, no matter the location of the patient.

What makes XRHealth unique in the market?

We are the first in Australia to be using virtual reality technology to provide physiotherapy services. Our treatments include games, exercises, and environments that analyse movements, designed to be an alternative to traditional physiotherapy.

What is the biggest risk to your company?

Right now, our biggest risk is our launch in Australia. Like any start up, there's always a period of increasing brand awareness and growth, but we are very proud of our partnership with Bupa as a Members First Provider, that is certainly helping our launch.

What does success look like for XRHealth?

We look forward to growing our patient base across Australia, providing affordable and accessible healthcare via virtual reality.

Why should a customer use XRHealth?

Aside from being pure telehealth, XRHealth uses technology to assist recovery like never before.

Our applications are designed to not only guide, but measure a patient's movements. This has never been possible with traditional recovery and gives the assigned healthcare professional actionable data.
